I keep lavender oil, breathe easy and eucalyptus oil on my nightstand. When my nose gets stuffy during the night, I rub just a little bit of the breathe easy in my nostrils and it makes my breathing much easier. Some nights I have trouble sleeping and rub lavender oil on my feet and a bit under my nose so I can smell it. It always helps me fall asleep. I sometimes get sinus infections, probably from using a cpap. When I do I rub eucalyptus on my sinus points, along with the breathe easy. I have used more expensive oils but Vitality seems as good as any of them. I have not found any negatives about any Vitality oils I have used. Read Less

How To Use For Respiratory Relief

Use a few drops in a diffuser to disperse the aroma and support easier breathing.

Add 3–5 drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the steam.

Dilute 1–2 drops with a carrier oil and massage onto your chest and throat for lasting effects.

Dilution Recommendations

Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.

1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil

This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
