Safety is our highest priority
The health and safety of our customers and our team is Vitality’s top priority. Our warehouse employees are screened daily as a safety precaution when they arrive for their shifts and there is a dedicated team established to sanitize high traffic areas, surfaces, and to enforce social distancing rules. It is already a general practice for our packers to wear gloves. Additionally, our oils are bubble wrapped and jewelry individually packaged so they are protected from damage. Given these added layers of protection, you can rest assured that your products are protected and safe!
Are there delays with shipment?
Our warehouses are operating normally however your package may experience delays with UPS and FedEx services. Our operations team is monitoring the situation and will inform you of updates directly from the carriers. Please refer to your package tracking information to receive the current status of your package.
Currently, international shipments via UPS/FedEx services are expected to have delays up to 2 - 4 weeks. It has been brought to our attention that the availability of cargo planes have significantly declined. As a result, all exports are being grounded longer than usual across all businesses.
