Love my Aches & Pains balm. Already using the Essential oil. If having a bad flare of pain, will add the Frankincense over the balm just before going to bed to help me sleep thru the night. My balm makes my feet soft as well as helping me to be pain free. ,use for neuropathy on legs, feet & lower arms. Also have Frankincense & Helichrysum in the balm. As well as all of them in the Essential oils. Need more oils in 4 oz bottles & 6 is balms, especially Murrh. Wish I could afford more. Have bought some for a family member that has had 4 cancers & no chemo available to fight the cancers. Lost son to cancer less than a year ago & a brother the year before.
