Dilute 1 drop of this oil with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil (increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity) then apply to desired area as needed. For maximum benefits, apply to pressure points such as the wrists, temples, or behind your ear lobes. You can do this as frequently as you like as there is no set rule for how long you want to feel the benefits of your oils.

Aromatic:

Use three to four drops in the diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice at home, office or in your car
remove the cap of your essential oil bottle, hold it close to your nose, and inhale the scent
Add 3-4 drops of oil in a medium-sized bowl filled with very cold water and stir. Put a washcloth in the mixture and then place it on the head of the affected. Keep the cloth away from the eyes. Reapply the cloth as necessary.
