How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

This peppermint oil has been wonderful! I have had a rash for more than 8 months that flared up, then subsided and reappeared in a different spot. I tried every OTC medicine and RXs also that didn’t help very much. Following the advice of Vitality I tried the peppermint and lavender oil. Both worked really well, but the peppermint is my favorite. It is also a very relaxing fragrance so I get both benefits. My skin is also benefiting from the moisturizer aspect. Love it!!
