I always study products before I use them. I read that juniper is a key oil for moving lymphatic fluid through the body. (Also works well when combined with grapefruit oil). I have found it to be helpful and powerful so be sure to dilute it with a carrier oil. You can look at charts showing lymphatic flow but some areas I have used it on are the (side of) neck, back of knees, inside of lower legs and around ankles. It also seems to be RELAXING. It's an oil that isn't widely talked about --but definitely worth your time to look into its benefits. Read Less

This stuff is my new favorite essential oil. A few months ago, I slipped on wet concrete. I caught myself with my right hand & landed on my right knee. I tried Frankincense oil that I’d used before for pain & swelling but it wasn’t helping. Next day I received a bottle of Juniper Berry oil as part of a subscription. I was desperate so I searched the product info & saw it was good for pain & inflammation so I put it in my knee & my hand throughout the night. The next morning, less than 12hrs using this oil, my pain was almost gone. I was barely limping. I was stunned! I’ve used it since on my old knees but found it works better with a carrier.
