How To Use

I have severe RA. For over 40 years. After that time I developed crazy deep pain in my muscles, first in arms- then at night on my legs. Usually muscle are a whole new category of illness. I started using this deep Muscle Oil. And it started working within minutes to take that pain away!! It comes back, I reapply. I always have it with me. If you have not tried this, you should. I get mine pre mixed in the rollerball but now need to get a bigger bottle!! I love all the oils by Vitality. I have already been using frankincense oil and bomb on my back. I have found the deep muscle and excellent edition along with the frankincense. I believe the understanding here should be not that it is going to eliminate the pain, but that it helps you to deal with the pain and for your body to actually relax like taking a deep sigh. When you have a high degree of pain I have yet to come across anything except for injections given by a doctor while in the hospital, which was very strong. I believe this is a much safer avenue to take when you are suffering from extreme pain. When you go into this realizing that really nothing is going to eliminate the pain completely, you have a much better forecast as to how you are going to feel. I find especially at night when I’ve gone through a day of continuous pain, this helps me to sleep, the combination of the frankincense and the deep muscle together.
