I have a lot of Vitality’s oils and since they all work so well I thought I’d give Sweet Dreams a shot. I have a hard time falling asleep even though I’m so tired and sleepy before I lay down. I put Sweet Dreams on my neck and below my ears and finish up on my wrists. I try to remember to put it on 30 minutes before bed time, but most of the time I forget and put it on right when I’m going to bed. The last thing I do right before I lay down, is put some on my wrist again and then get in bed and breathe in the fragrance for a minute or so. It smells so good and is very calming. I swear I must fall asleep right away because I don’t remember laying wide awake fighting sleep like I used to do. It is amazing and I would highly recommend it. Spray or drop a few drops of the mixture on to your pillowcase and allow to dry before sleep.
