How To Use For Sleep
Spray or drop a few drops of the mixture on to your pillowcase and allow to dry before sleep.
Add a few drops to your diffuser an hour before bed to induce relaxation and sleep.
To use topically, simply apply a small amount of the mixture to pressure points (wrists, temples, behind the ear, etc.) on the body.
Observe how your body responds to the application of essential oils. Everyone's sensitivity to essential oils may vary, so adjust the dilution ratio or frequency of application if necessary.

I saw an add for sweet dreams and sleep envy on Facebook and thought why not give it a try. Who wants to take pills the rest of their life. My wife started with the Sweet Dreams Roll on which helped her sleep better. What really amped it up was adding 10-12 drops to the water in this diffuser that we bought from Amazon and the improvement in both of our sleep has been dramatic - good sleep every night! Easy to set up. Easy to use. And it works! Highly recommended! Just make sure you drain any leftover liquid and wipe it down each morning, otherwise it seems like the oil accumulates on the membrane and eventually keeps it from working. We just pour the little bit of liquid into a cup and reuse it the next night plus whatever is required to refill the tank. UPDATE: Just want to add that after several more weeks, this combination of the essential oil and diffuser has given us absolutely spectacular results. Basically 7-8 solid hours of sleep every night. I have had so much trouble going to sleep and if I do go to sleep I wake up at 3 am and can't go back to sleep. This has been a long standing issue and as a nurse I refuse to take sleeping pills but have been taking Benedryl in small doses. Reading an article about how this can lead to dementia I knew I had to find another option. I am somewhat a fan of essential oils but doubted they could help me sleep. This product is amazing. During this covid-19 lockdown, I was desperate for a good nights rest and I even went down to the cannabis dispensary to purchase their hemp products with CBD and THC products. I've tried several essential oil blends and still nothing until I found Sweet Dreams. I almost didnt try it because I've given up on ever sleeping again. But something made me try one more thing and lo and behold I finally found the answer. Sweet Dreams is nothing short of a miracle for my life. I squirt some coconut oil in my palm and then 2 to 3 drops Sweet Dreams oil and rub on my chest and wrists. I wear my bracelet to bed with it on and smell it on my pillow.
