How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

I have seven different autoimmune diseases. And a blood cancer. One of my issues creates neuropathy. For me, my skin burns as though I have a severe sunburn. No visible skin burning, but intense pain. It has gotten worse over time. I fractured a vertebrae in January. My spine doctor gave me a procedure that repaired the vertebrae. In February I was picking up several gallons of water and fractured another vertebrae. He repaired that one but I was left with nerve damage that affected my lower back. Also, My husband has diabetic neuropathy. His neuropathy can be brutal. I never thought he’d try something like this… but when I returned home, I suggested he use it on his feet. My medications have created purple (or blue) feet because the warfarin causes capillaries to bleed out. So in purchasing the helichrysum, I was hoping for several solutions. Repairing my blood capillaries and veins. And helping with the awful nerve pain in my back. I was visiting my daughter and her family, 2,300 miles from our home. I stayed longer than I’d originally planned to, because her emergency surgery changed my return plans. My husband mailed me pain medicine via overnight mail. He paid extra to try to have my medication delivered. It took ten days. As we tracked it all over the country, it became clear I wouldn’t get it before running out of what meds I had packed. I ordered the helichrysum oil hoping it would give me some relief. I really didn’t have high expectations for this oil to help. I was just hoping for a portion of relief. I mixed it with some Shea nut oil I had. I applied it to my feet, back …. as well as my neck and chest. Within ten minutes my back pain was reduced by at least 90%. I thought it must have been a placebo effect. That night I reapplied the helichrysum and Shea nut oil … I slept wonderfully well. No pain woke me up …and when I did get up, there was almost no pain or stiffness. This truly felt like a miracle! When my husband picked me up at the airport, the conversation turned to his feet. He hadn’t had a single night of good sleep since I left. His feet are so awful that we’ve tried everything. Everything plus pain meds. We even have a machine that vibrates his feet to try to numb them. That gives him temporary relief for a couple of hours. He knew I had tried the helichrysum with great success! I wasn’t sure he’d try it because it sounded too easy. Almost too good to be true! But he did and less than ten minutes … he was almost pain free. He told me this was the best Christmas gift he’d ever gotten! (In June, no less!) He was almost gushing over how incredible he felt. Actually, he was gushing. My husband is a “prove it to me” kind of guy. He’s a former policeman, former FBI and retired attorney. He questions everything! Tonight we ordered the helichrysum and frankincense for our grandson recovering from a motorcycle accident. He has bad road rash, a bruised lung and staples in his leg. I’m anxious for him to get these oils to help him with his pain. I feel strongly he will have the same incredible experience as we have. I will be ordering more for ourselves. On June 17th I received my Helichrysum bottle and started applying it to my legs with heavy varicose veins and large age spots. Today is June 25th and I just took two new photos of my legs. I am super surprised at the results. No filters, I promise. The age spots have faded tremendously and the heavy vein is slowly fading. I am impressed. I have used the combination with castor oil on some hard little cyst type bumps on my face from a genetic skin defect called Hailey-Hailey Disease. The bumps had become painful and I researched and asked my wonderful dermatologist if there was any treatment for them. The answer was not yet. I used the combination once a day for five days now. While I was at my primary care doctor appointment today, I felt a little itch on my face and rubbed it to find the little bump had fallen off in my hand. My husband looked and said the skin had a little spot that looked like healthy healing skin where the bump had been! I have saved the part that fell off to show my dermatologist and tell her what I used. I texted my daughter that has the same HHD issues and she will be ordering the combo to use for her face. I cannot express how huge this is as a possible long term treatment for a terrible condition. I bruise like a peach, always have. In August of 2023 I had knee replacement surgery, not only was I bruised from groin to toes, my IV had infiltrated and left a HUGE black bruise on my forearm. These bruises were not only painful, they were terribly unsightly. I was scrolling Facebook while recovering and saw the ad for Helichrysum, read the testimonial, went to the site, read the reviews and placed an order for both Helichrysum & Frankincense. Best purchases I have ever made! I can't say enough good things about this oil. I used it religiously, full strength while recovering, the bruising disappeared on my arm in 10 days, usually it takes weeks for a deep bruise to disappear on me and leaves a scar. I will never be without your Vitality Oils. I accidentally injured my upper forearm where the skin and a chunck of meat was flapping off. I quickly ran water on it hoping to stop the blood. I grabbed my jar of Manuka Honey, Frankincense and Helichrysum and packed the hole and replaced the skin with the meat back in and put a patch on it. The injury never really hurt. The next morning I removed the bandage and I could tell the injury was healing shut. Two days later I totally removed the bandage and continued putting the mixture of the three ingredients on it. It was totally healed within 5 days with no pain or soarness. It never got infected or bruised. Today has been 7 days and it's completely healed with no scar. Skin and meat intact. I recommend these oils to everyone , even strangers that I see in pain. I have even given a few 10 ml bottles away to people. I was Blessed to find these oils so I Bless others with it too. This is my go to for aches and pains. For sore muscles or skin irritation this really works. I am in my 70s and I was an ibuprofen junkie using 800 mg three times a day. By applying Helichrysum on sore muscles has enabled me to decrease my ibuprofen or any pain medication to once or twice a week. Added bonus to using it is that my dry skin has improved dramatically. But because I had it I have tried it on everything! A little burn from cooking. . a grease splatter on my face. . 2 uses right after it happened and the spot is gone! A fresh dark bruise from a fall on my hand below thumb and it just disappeared after 2 days and it never did that thing where it fades from dark to light purple and yellowish before it goes away. . it was just gone!! I am so impressed and delighted with this oil. I cut and bruised my thumb on a metal shed door. I washed it with soap and water, applied the oil and the pai went away immediately. I a matter of minutes, the redness and bruising faded, and in a few hours, all that was left of the injury was a small cut in the bend of my thumb.
