I suffer with chronic insomnia and have been through a series of sleep studies, medications, specialists, and what not until I found a medication that at least took the edge off of my sleep deprivation.. I was skeptical about essential oils and then I saw an Ad on FB for this company. I poked around the website and found "Sweet Dreams" and skimmed the reviews. This, along with a few others, went in my cart and I just received them several days ago. It's been 2 nights of "Sweet Dreams" usage and I can not even begin to tell you how rested I feel. I was amazed! I have a lot of Vitality’s oils and since they all work so well I thought I’d give Sweet Dreams a shot. I have a hard time falling asleep even though I’m so tired and sleepy before I lay down. I put Sweet Dreams on my neck and below my ears and finish up on my wrists. I try to remember to put it on 30 minutes before bed time, but most of the time I forget and put it on right when I’m going to bed. The last thing I do right before I lay down, is put some on my wrist again and then get in bed and breathe in the fragrance for a minute or so. It smells so good and is very calming. I swear I must fall asleep right away because I don’t remember laying wide awake fighting sleep like I used to do. It is amazing and I would highly recommend it. Spray or drop a few drops of the mixture on to your pillowcase and allow to dry before sleep.

Add a few drops to your diffuser an hour before bed to induce relaxation and sleep.
