How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

I put off trying eucalyptus oil because I associated it with the strong odors that some Christmas decorations are doused with! My experiences with this brand of eucalyptus oil have been remarkable. I won't be without it. I prefer to SMELL / inhale eucalyptus oil. It has a sweetness to me that is very pleasing and makes me want more. I notice that it "opens me up" and that my senses feel more alive. Most notably, I feel more relaxed, calmer, and more motivated to do things. I like the 10ml for larger areas (works great for achiness and pain) and I also like the roll-on. I put the roll-on on the top of my hand at the base of my thumb. It's a very discreet place to smell the oil (I don't wear the necklaces and bracelets.) when in public and also at night since my hands are close to my head when I sleep.
