Starting in Feb 2023 I was getting a cortisone injection every 3 months and a gel shot every 6 months. The injections were horribly painful!! I had my last shot August 4, 2023. Then I started using Aches & Pains and Frankincense. NO MORE PAIN! I do not use a carrier oil. I put the oil directly on my knee and rub it in both morning and night. It is a miracle! I can bend my knee now, walk without a limp, go on an all day shopping trip with my daughter, and work my 12 hour shift on my feet without succumbing to pain. This product is amazing! I have suffered terrible back pain for 12 years after a fall when I broke my back in four places and shattered my shoulder blade. I have tried everything and nothing took care of any of the pain until now. Pain away has been an answer to my prayers. I get up every morning and take my shower and then I put pain away on my low back and my hip within five minutes the pain has eased up so much that I can finish dressing and moving around my home and even take my dog for a walk and then go about my business for the rest of the day. If I’m extremely active in anyone day I just reapply but I never have to put it on more than twice in a day. I wish I had had this product for the last 12 years. I have been having terrible knee pain if I exercise too hard or eat too much sugar. The inflammation from the sugar makes my knee hurt and I finally learned that in my 30s. My father-in-law recommended this roller and company to me and I kind of just bought it to humor him not thinking it would actually work. I roll this stuff on my knee or sciatic nerve and the sharp pain and soreness goes away within 30 seconds. It works faster than any ibuprofen or Tylenol or CBD rub that I have ever used.
