First of all I am on schedule for knee replacement this June. I have multiple things wrong with my bank, including swelling of the spine spurs on the spine, spinal stenosis, lumbar radiculopathy and spinal ridiculous and more to where I am in constant pain awaiting injections on my knees they begin to swell. I had a hard time getting up and walking. I had to stand for a while i and wait to get the feeling in my legs, I started reading all the tutorial about frankincense and muir , my mind. I have bone on bone in my knee and it needs to be replaced, but until then I have to deal with the pain. when I found Aches and Pains I thought I’ll go ahead and try it. Nothing ventured nothing gained right? I put it on and I thought it’s gonna take a while to work and work it has done. I put it on first thing in the morning and after lunch I put it on again and then before bedtime I’m able to walk short distances yes with my walker, but I do not feel the horrible pain that I’ve had now that I’ve been using aches and pains I have recommended it to my friends, and I’ve recommended it to my niece who has carpal tunnel syndrome, I will be re-ordering this as needed until my knee is replaced hopefully by the end of this year. I have had neuropathy for over 5 years with treatments, pills, everything medical and non-medical, and the only thing THAT WORKS is Aches & Pains. I can wake up and crawl out of bed or go to bed with pain so bad in my foot and calf that I think I will never get to sleep. I stop and rub on I/2 dropper of Aches & Pains all over the top and bottom of my foot, and in less than a minute I am up and bouncing around the house in the morning or sound asleep in bed at night with absolutely nothing but a warm, comforting feeling in my foot that lasts for me 24 hours! Bought this more for my husband, but we are both using it. His pain normally stays around a 10 in his legs, since he has been using this, pain level has dropped to about 5 or a 6, so yes it does work. He has a neuropathy and problems with his ankle also and this has truly helped him. I use it for the small of my back as I have a bulging disc in my lower back and it has helped me control the pain also, I still have stiffness in my back, but pain level is reduced from 10 to almost none existant. I have suffered dibilitating fibromyalgia pain for 15 yrs, and have been looking for ways to help without narcotics. As soon as I received my pain away & deep muscle, I applied them both to my worst areas, and within 15 minutes could tell a difference in my pain levels. Most days it helps drastically. But even on my worst days, it takes the edge off enough, that the pain is manageable, without having to take narcotics to be able to function. I AM A BELIEVER, and a customer for life.
