I have used this morning and night on my knee that had a total knee replacement in September of 2025. My knee was taking longer to heal and recover. I still had numbness and pain on my left side of my knee. I used frankincense and Aches and Pain on my entire knee but also especially on the left side. The actual scar was healed but it was the nerves underneath the skin that needed healing I couldn’t believe it, within a week my knee pain was much less. The numbness was lessening. Another week and the walking pain was definitely less. Within 8 week numbness is completely gone. The walking pain is lessened so much I am no longer limping. I have tried every pain killer on the market, both oral tablets and topical applications, and nothing has even come close to Aches and Pains for my sciatica. Nerve pain is the worst! I couldn't sleep, walk, stand or sit without hurting. Aches and Pains (or VEs Frankincense, also) makes the pain disappear. I am a 74 year old woman who lives with severe degenerative osteoarthritis. And because of years of heavy duty medication for pain, I now deal with Chronic Kidney Disease so can't take pain-relieving NSAIDs anymore. So I tried Vitality's Frankincense oil and their balm with great success (relief from pain is always great!). And when I saw the newer Aches and Pains balm, I had to try it! Aches & Pain has helped tremendously with my foot pain and neuropathy. I rub it on my feet and feel immediate relief. I am currently recuperating from a tendon repair surgery. I drive truck & this time when I got home I put some Aches & Pains on my feet that were hurting real bad then I finished rubbing what was on my hand into both hands for the arthritis. I hoped in an hour or so it might feel different. Wow was I shocked when in less than ten minutes my hands & feet were starting to feel better. I thought I was just dreaming. I asked my oldest daughter who started using it a few days before & she said she could feel the effects real fast also. I have had Peripheral Artery Disease - PAD - for years, and the pain is excruciating at times. Nothing else relieves the sharp, knife-like pain and also the burning pain of the sciatica nerve which runs from my left side of my back down through the butt, hip and leg. My hubby rubs the Aches & Pains balm in first and then adds the Frankincense balm. These two give me total pain relief without the allergic reaction I do get with the essential oils alone.
