How To Use For Respiratory Relief
Use a few drops in a diffuser to disperse the aroma and support easier breathing.
Add 3–5 drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel, and inhale the steam.
Dilute 1–2 drops with a carrier oil and massage onto your chest and throat for lasting effects.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.

I really didn't have great expectations at all. This was my first time. I have COPD and other breathing problems.. Well, I have to say, I am so HappY??. The first time I tried it -- immediate relief. I cannot tell you what this means to my life ????. Sometimes I forget, then I realize, I don't have to suffer. It's right here beside me. I ordered a few -- just in case!! I'm so glad I did. I have a dear friend in the hospital with Covid19 who has COPD. She's off the intubator but doesn't know when she'll be home. One of these will be waiting for her??. What a surprise??. This has enhanced my life so much already. The size is perfect, I can have it everywhere with me. I ordered several and they were packaged so well, there wasn't a chance of breakage and the aromas don't escape the bottles either -- unbelievable!! And they arrived in just a few days!! I absolutely LOVE this one! I love all of the oils that I have used and bought, but this one is what I use every day. I have so much issues with my seasonal allergies in Northeast Texas, and I roll this on my chest, above my upper lip and around my nose.
