How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

I originally bought Citrus Kiss to use in my diffuser, and loved the scent, but I saw under the "benefits" that it supposedly improved acne and scarring. I was willing to try anything, so I gave it a shot and put some on my problem area on my chin, and within a week the breakouts had cleared up, and the scarring had improved - more so than any professional product that I have used! And the scent is a bonus to have right by your nose.
