How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

I really love Copaiba Oil, I’ve used it several times mixed with my Cacay Nut Oil & it works wonders. You can use it with any Carrier Oil or you can use it alone but Vitality does not recommend using the 10 mil straight Copaiba Oil without mixing it with a carrier oil. I’ve used it once straight out of the bottle on my lower back & it was fine but I wouldn’t dare try it on my face or anywhere that’s super sensitive, without trying a small amount as a test before applying. It will last longer if you mix it with a Carrier Oil as suggested. I do have sensitive skin but I have NEVER ONCE experienced any sort of rashes, bumps, hives, no bodily rejection to ANY Vitality Oil! That speaks volumes right there! I absolutely love Copaiba. I was skeptical at first to think that an oil was going to help relieve all this pain that I have with-in my bones and joints, but I use either a little on my knee that was totally reconstructed, or o put some of the base of my feet and it TOTALLY calms down my system and let’s me go about and do things things. I have know purchased additional Copabi roll-ons to make sure that I always have one with me in my purse, or pocket, one next to my bed, one of them for reserve so I don’t run out, and I gave one to my mom who also suffers with pain. I love Copaiba! I hurt my knee way back when I was 16 (now 63) and I’ve been staring knee replacements right in the face, not wanting to go there. I started using Copaiba oil and the pain is so much less. I use it on my shoulder and wrist and it just makes everything better! I have the roll on and refill from 30mm bottle and coconut oil.
