How To Use
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil

Then she rubbed it in with her hands and my muscles tingled. After it dried she did the thigh and hip on the other side. After letting it dry I went to sleep. No tossing and turning.
