How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

This is a perfect bundle, and the price is right! I have used Frankincense for years for my skin and for general health and aches and pains. I have also used Helichrysum for many of the same things, although I had originally tried Helichrysum for spider veins (this brand works better than any I have tried, but nothing has taken them away.) I have loved VItality for these oils. I found Hair Envy on a search and have been using it for a couple of months. While I have found you need to use it SPARINGLY, my hair is longer than it has been in the 6 years since my hysterectomy and it is starting to fill in where my hair was thinning. I wish I had done before and after pictures! So I am a believer in Hair Envy as well. This bundle included Aches and Pains and it came at a time when I had re-injured my foot and needed to make it through a day at work. Aches and Pains worked beautifully. The first application lasted for half the day! I love it. I will always have this blend in my medicine chest. And last. Skin Envy. I have tried every seum, lotion and potion under the sun. Skin Envy delivers from the first application. My skin is softer, smoother, less blotchy, any tiny capillaries around my nose have disappeared. I have been told I look younger already by a sister who works in dermatology. I am actually looking for people to give half of my product collection to! I am a believer. I put this on morning and night and I love the light feel that makes a huge difference. I am 53 and my skin looks like I'm in my mid 40's. I love everything. My skin feels and looks better. My aches in knees and hips have almost disappeared. I use it at night and when I get up in the morning I’m able to move faster no more baby steps trying to get moving due to pain and stiffness. I notice it most when walking downstairs. I was not able to walk normally. Now I can walk up and down without walking like a toddler. Now in my bundle I also received Helichrysum. Was not sure what the purpose was but remembered reading something about skincare. I felt a cold sore developing on my lip. It was just starting. My first thought was oh no not this nasty painful growth that takes days to go away. I figured well it can’t hurt. So I dabbed a drop on the spot that was just starting to fester. It did sting a little but so does other OTC treatment. I woke up to see NOTHING. The noticeable start of the cold sore was gone. I am so happy. So now I know if I feel that little twinge of the start of a cold sore I have what I need to stop it. It’s been years since I had one and dreaded the thought of dealing with one. Let me just say I’ve enjoyed every product in the ‘Everybody's Favorite Bundle’. My two favorites are the Hair Envy and Skin Envy. In less than two weeks time I’ve already experienced less hair fall by half. My hair also feels healthier. My skin feels nourished with skin envy and areas where I had dry skin on my nose have disappeared. What surprised me is that I had used a bio oil that didn’t help at all nor did beauty lotions. I am recovering from a recent back surgery and have used both the Frankencense and Aches and Pains which have helped me greatly manage pain levels. I’m also using the Helichrysum hoping to see improvement in sun spots and spider veins. That one may take a little longer. But I’m encouraged after the great results this far. I have to be honest, I was skeptical at first, but I love my bundle. The skin envy is amazing. I am always bumping into things, get scrapes and have over the hill acne, Skin Envy has my face looking brighter, acne clearing up fast and my scrapes and bruises seem to be healing faster. I use the frankincense and helichrysum with lavender and peppermint for aches and pains and helps me get going in the morning and to settle my legs at night. I will be buying again!
