So far, I’ve only used the Frankincense and Aches and Pain roll-ons. The Frankincense has assisted greatly with resting and calming my nerves. I’ve even had more lucid dreams and less anxiety. I just got it a little over a week ago, and already it is my favorite to use before bed and work. I combine the Frankincense and The Aches and Pains roll on my hands and feet to relax my nervous system while the aches and pains relieves the tension.
