How To Use Frankincense (30mL)
1. How To Use Frankincense Oil For Pain Relief
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Gently massage onto the affected area. Focus on the joints or muscles where you experience pain or inflammation. Use circular motions to promote absorption. Use once daily, or as needed for optimal results.
2. How To Use Frankincense Oil For Anti-Aging

Facial Serum: Create a DIY facial serum by combining a few drops of Frankincense oil with a carrier oil like argan oil or rosehip seed oil. Apply this mixture to your face and neck after cleansing, gently massaging it into your skin.

Anti-Aging Moisturizer: Add a few drops of Frankincense oil to your favorite moisturizer to enhance its anti-aging effects. Apply the moisturizer as usual, paying special attention to areas prone to wrinkles and fine lines.

I purchased this oil out of desperation, I have tried SO MANY creams, ointments, braces, shots, P. T. , pretty much anything you have seen advertised. I am 53 and have avoided knee replacement for 10 years now. I was given replacement as the very last resort when I 42 years old. I was not ready to throw in the towel and have just handled the pain for the past now 11 years. I finally decided that I would just have to do the surgery, until now. I have only been using this oil for less than a week, and I can't tell you how incredible this is. I have no pain, I am able to walk freely, go up and down the stairs without fear of my knees buckling half way through. When Diabetic Neuropathy acts up I apply full strength Frankincense to the bottom of my feet and on my calves and within a few minutes the neuropathy has calmed. I decided to try Frankincense to see if it would help with my RA pain and stiff neck. I will tell you right now… IT WORKS! My neck had been stiff and sore for 3 months! I used the roll on and by the time I rubbed it in, the pain was gone! I mean GONE. It came back a day or two later but a lot milder.
