2. Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
3. How To Use For Pain Relief
Gently massage onto the affected area. Focus on the joints or muscles where you experience pain or inflammation. Use circular motions to promote absorption. Use once daily, or as needed for optimal results.

She said it helped her so I tried it for my sciatica. It has made a big difference for me. My daughter has severe pain in one arm so I let her try it and told her it took a few minutes to get relief. I put this in lotion in the am and rub on , even my feet(neuropathy). At night I apply on from bottle and rub in throughly. Cuts the pain significantly. Use cane very seldom. Wonderful oil! I’ve had back pain and my hips too. Was on prescription pain pills for at least 3 years. Then I went off of them and changed to 8hr Tylenol… even though it helped I wanted to find another way to deal with the pain! That’s when I heard about Vittality essential oils… so I tried this one ! Within 30 min’s my pain began to get better. I used this oil for 3 weeks morning & night, the pain was gone! I stopped the 2 times a day and started using once a day for a few weeks. I got to the point that I would forget to put it on because the pain was gone, I’ve only taken an 8 hr Tylenol maybe 3 times in 3 more months and now I don’t need the Tylenol at all !
