She said it helped her so I tried it for my sciatica. It has made a big difference for me. My daughter has severe pain in one arm so I let her try it and told her it took a few minutes to get relief. I put this in lotion in the am and rub on , even my feet(neuropathy). At night I apply on from bottle and rub in throughly. Cuts the pain significantly. Use cane very seldom.
