1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
3. How To Use For Pain Relief

This frankincense+helichrysum oil is saving me from needing surgery. I apply it so my lower back due to a military injury I have a fusion at the L4-5, S-1 and a ton of secondary pains from the fusion and a plate in my foot.
