How To Use Frankincense Roll-on
1. How To Use Frankincense Oil For Pain Relief
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Gently massage onto the affected area. Focus on the joints or muscles where you experience pain or inflammation. Use circular motions to promote absorption. Use once daily, or as needed for optimal results.
2. How To Use Frankincense Oil For Anti-Aging

Facial Serum: Create a DIY facial serum by combining a few drops of Frankincense oil with a carrier oil like argan oil or rosehip seed oil. Apply this mixture to your face and neck after cleansing, gently massaging it into your skin.

Being very skeptical because of far too many hyped up ads with bogus claims it took me quite awhile to place an order for 3 roll on bottles. Testimonials from actual users convinced me to give Frankincense a try. I've been dealing with worsening peripheral neuropathy for years and it got to the point of losing sleep and nearly impossible to get around. I opted for the roll on because I didn't want any product wasted on my hands but only placed on the painful areas. Also the ingredients are combined for optimal results. Vitality Extracts promptly takes the order and ships without delay. Just before going to bed I placed the roll on oil directly on the area the pain initiated from that sends shock waves up my leg. The oil was immediately dissolved into my skin leaving no oily residue and the pain was gone within minutes. I slept all through the night and the pain remained at bay well into the morning. This has to be a fluke because it's too good to be true. So I tested it again the 2nd night and sure enough had the same glorious results. Gave a bottle to my daughter who was having knee, shoulder and neck pain. She called me hours later raving about how the Frankincense gave her immediate relief. I gave a 3rd bottle to my sister that has had extensive surgery on her back her pain is gone.
