Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

As soon as I received it, I applied it to several bruises on my forearms as I have senile purpura (purple blotches on my skin, especially hand and arms. ) I had one area that was medium size and very dark purple, and a small sore on my wrist that just didn’t want to heal. The next day, I was amazed as the dark purple area was much lighter, and after 2 applications (once a day) the sore was healed! I was shocked, as I didn’t expect it to be totally gone! Recently I developed swelling, pain and a beginning blister on my thumb after cutting and assembling multiple floral arrangements using a pair of dull scissors (the only ones available). I could barely bend my thumb joint and I could see the blister forming. After applying helichrysum, the swelling and pain began to subside. After a few applications throughout the day, the pain, swelling and blister were fully resolved by the next morning. Could not believe it!
