I absolutely LOVE this oil. I have only been using it for several weeks so I can’t say that I am never going to get sick, but my entire family passed a cold around and I did not get it. I have a lot of sinus issues with our crazy weather changes and though I still get sinus headaches at times, it never progresses beyond that and they go away pretty quickly. I also love the cinnamon smell. I keep bottles at all of the sinks in my house along with hand lotion and I mix a couple of drops in with the lotion after I wash my hands. I also put it on my feet straight out of the bottle with no carrier oil at night and in the morning then put on socks. I truly believe this oil has helped me avoid the colds and sinus problems I always get this time of year. I am not a big fan of diffusers but this would make your house smell great if you like cinnamon. I will always stay stocked up on this! Read LessLove this product!
