How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

This stuff is my new favorite essential oil. A few months ago, I slipped on wet concrete. I caught myself with my right hand & landed on my right knee. I tried Frankincense oil that I’d used before for pain & swelling but it wasn’t helping. Next day I received a bottle of Juniper Berry oil as part of a subscription. I was desperate so I searched the product info & saw it was good for pain & inflammation so I put it in my knee & my hand throughout the night. The next morning, less than 12hrs using this oil, my pain was almost gone. I was barely limping. I was stunned! I’ve used it since on my old knees but found it works better with a carrier.
