Select your favorite essential oil and put 1-2 drops to your finger or cotton swab.
Apply
Apply the essential oils to your diffuser jewelry by lightly coating 2 or more lava beads.
Diffuse
Once oil is applied to your diffuser jewelry the scent will diffuse for 6-12 hours.

It was perfect & my daughter (7) loves it! I loved it being adjustable, because she is very petite and has really tiny wrists (unlike mommy lol) so it was a great fit! She started wearing it from the moment it arrived in the mail ? At night time I applied just a few drops of the lavender oil onto the black lava beads and let it soak in. She loves the smell, so was not bothered at all with it. As a mother (with great experience with dreadful anxiety myself) I was willing to try anything to help her sleep soundly and peacefully the entire night, without any anxiety disrupting bad dreams, fearful thoughts & generally just waking up all during the night with the fear & anxiety, being too scared to go back to her own bed & It literally broke mine & her Daddy’s heart into pieces as it would any parents with high enxiety children. We both did NOT want to go the (medications) route with her because of her still being so young. Outside of the (10 mg melatonin) a night, prescribed by her pediatrician, we were adamant that prescription meds were not even an option. With the melatonin even only working to keep her asleep about 6/7 hours, we still felt that was not good enough for a vibrant, full of energy little girl. I’m so elated and we just could not be happier to say that our little girl not only falls asleep faster (within 15-20 minutes) after story time & being tucked in.... she STAYS asleep ALL NIGHT!! ??
