Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

I have been using the lavender roll on plugged pore on the end of my rose that was very sensitive to the sun. When in the sun it would swell up with a watery liquid after 40 years I used glocylic acid on it for a few minutes to clear out the pore & started using lavender roll on to heal it. It worked wonders the scar is flat & fading nicely I use it3-4 times a day & first thing in the AM & PM. Can not say enough great things about plus the fragrance is so relaxing!
