How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

I have been suffering with almost Daily migraines for the last two years following a trauma head injury. I have been on almost every migraine medication with little relief, until I came across this little Beauty on Facebook. Initially I was extremely sceptical yet the reality of it is what do I have too lose?? I ordered the roll-on initially it arrived in 8 days to Australia which I was truly amazed by within itself! Then started using it 2-3 times a day. Placing a bit on my temples and on my radial pulses(wrists) after 3-4 days I realised I hadn't had a migraine not even a headache I was totally blown away. I was desparate! I have scholiosis, an inverted neck and arhritis. As those got worse so did my migraines. My Dr. wanted me to explore more aggressive treatments for the migraines such as Botox and other new drugs. I did not want to do that and decided to try migraine care. I am so glad I did! I've only been using it for 2 weeks but the results are amazing! I've only had 1 migraine I had to take medication for, whereby I have been having anywhere from 4 to 6 migraines in a 2 week period. A dear friend of mine got this as a gift for me a couple years ago and I have not looked back. I never have to take any over the counter medication for my migraines anymore. I just use this oil. I put some on my temples if it’s a super bad one with auras. I use it on the back of my heck if it is a tension migraine, or I use it on the top of my head if it seems to be a cluster. It even helps with the nausea. This stuff is absolutely wonderful. So I have always suffered from headaches and chronic migraines. 30 years give or take. I was on Fiorcet for about 6 months because of them being so frequent, that now, as a result of that medication, I have a permanent case of Tinnitus. For those of you that don't know what that is, if you have ever had something REALLY loud go off in your ear, that ringing you hear after, that's temporary Tinnitus, for me, I hear it all the time. Most of the time, I've gotten so used to it, I don't hear it unless it's really quiet, that said, there are many things that will make the ringing more intense; caffeine, salt, and NSAIDS.. which means what? It means if I have a headache I generally have to suffer from a headache or trade a headache for miserable annoying ringing =( . Last week I had a really bad migraine and my roommate found me curled up in a ball on the couch with all the windows open and its 25 degrees out..
