How To Use
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil

I have severe RA. For over 40 years. After that time I developed crazy deep pain in my muscles, first in arms- then at night on my legs. Usually muscle are a whole new category of illness. I started using this deep Muscle Oil. And it started working within minutes to take that pain away!! It comes back, I reapply. I always have it with me. If you have not tried this, you should.
