How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
How To Use For Pain Relief
Gently massage onto the affected area. Focus on the joints or muscles where you experience pain or inflammation. Use circular motions to promote absorption. Use once daily, or as needed for optimal results.

So I read more into this oil and decided to give it a try for my arthritic knees and foot pain when I am on my feet for long periods. It has been a huge success, not only can I be on my feet, I can walk longer distances without being sore or tired. I had to have Tommy John surgery on my right elbow in January. I’m using Myrrh for the incision. My Occupational Therapists are amazed at how quickly & well the scar healed. I have combined the Myrrh and Frankincense Essential Oils, and have had great success in relieving chronic pains in my spinal, joint and musculoskeletal areas! They have virtually eliminated my need to use the pain medications I had heretofore been reliant upon. I simply combine each oil in the palms of my hands, warm them a bit, and apply to whatever aches!!! Within MINUTES I can feel the pain subsiding, and the relief lasts all day long!!! I have also used many other of the Essential Oils and Blends, and I consider them all "wonder oils!" Each has its own comforting and healing properties. The thing I love about all of these oils is their ability to be absorbed INTO the area of application completely and efficiently.
