How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

I purchased this oil for respiratory/severe sleep apnea issues because my husband (who snores louder than my 7 roosters crowing) and my very young daughter are sensitive to eucalyptol and menthol. I started diffusing the Orange oil with Frankincense and Immunity at night for my husband…and honestly I have forgotten what sleepless nights are about. I have since started adding the Orange oil to everything I am diffusing; I love it that much. It uplifts heavier blends and has a lasting aroma.
