love this product. My 94 y.o. mom has difficulty sleeping. She wakes up to go to the bathroom but can't go back to sleep. Since using the sleep roll on, she says that she sleeps much better and when she has to use the bathroom, she is able to go back to sleep. She even says she is sleeping late. I have used the deep muscle roll on my arthritic foot. It helps a lot. I have also tried the migraine roll on. My headache was gone within an hour. I love variety pack. I wasn't sure which one to try so I got the variety pack. I haven't been able to test the migraine oil yet. However the deep muscles works on my sore legs quick about 30minutes to hour later I realize and remember my legs don't hurt anymore as I am on my feet all day at work. It's like I forgot they were hurting. The sweet dreams reminds my son and I of fruit loops. I've been waking up refresh even on little sleep while recovering from pneumonia.
