Since using the sleep roll on, she says that she sleeps much better and when she has to use the bathroom, she is able to go back to sleep. She even says she is sleeping late. I love variety pack. I wasn't sure which one to try so I got the variety pack. I haven't been able to test the migraine oil yet. However the deep muscles works on my sore legs quick about 30minutes to hour later I realize and remember my legs don't hurt anymore as I am on my feet all day at work.
