How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

I recently purchased the Stress Ease roll-on oil along with a bracelet. I have suffered from anxiety for years. Recently I have been going through a painful divorce and being a single mom to 4 boys all under the age of 5, my anxiety and stress level has been through the roof. I hold all of my stress in my neck and with everything going on, I was stressed to the point that I could barely move my neck because it was so tight. The first night I got the stress ease, I applied it to my feet and put it on my bracelet so that I could inhale it while I slept. My body relaxed to the point that I felt like I was floating! After numerous appointments with various specialists, blood tests, no one could diagnose this problem. My PCP and I finally decided that it was caused by stress.
