How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

My son’s technician was leaving a meeting and tripped, hitting his knee. He was hurting and bruising so I asked if he wanted to rub some Three Kings oil on it to help with the pain. At first he said no, then I told him how much it helps me with my inflammation, due to arthritis. Finally he said he would rub some on his whole leg. In about 5 minutes I asked how his leg was feeling and he said “Dang that stuff works”. He used it every day until the meetings were over and we had to fly home.
