How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

I have been using Products from Vitality Extracts and have discovered that Frankincense, Aches & Pains, Deep Muscle and Helichrysum are working very well to reduce the pain in my shoulder (which has a torn Rotator Cuff, my left knee (which is bone to bone due a fall from the past) and my sciatica nerve damage (which radiates down to my foot and last but no least the Peripheral Neuropathy pain and tingling that was keeping me up at night. I had back surgery last year but still have pain that limits what I do. I saw a Vitality ad on Facebook and decided to give it a try. It was a great decision because I mix the Aches &Pains with Coconut Oil or some lotion and rub it on my back. About 20 to 30 minutes and I can most everything I need to do. I have had chronic pain for more than three decades. I have been on some pretty heavy opiate medication. The last year I have been tapering my meds down and that's letting a lot more of the pain come through. I didn't really think that an oil could actually cut the pain but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and I am really really glad I did because it is unbelievable how well the aches and pains works.
