I have to be honest with you, it took me a while to try this one. It's very strong! Very Powerful! I've been diagnosed with stage 4 bone on bone arthritis in both my knees. The pain sometimes takes my breath away. Just a TINY bit of black seed oil INSTANTLY makes the pain leave! A very tiny bit rubbed into the place that hurts.
