How To Use
Aromatic
Use three to four drops in a diffuser or diffuser jewelry of your choice.
Dilution Recommendations
Start by diluting the oil with a carrier oil such as coconut oil or jojoba oil. This helps ensure safe and proper application. A typical dilution ratio is 2-3%. If you are using a roll-on or spray bottle, you do not need to dilute them.
1 tsp of Carrier Oil ~ 1-2 drops of Essential Oil
This dilution ratio strikes a balance between ensuring safety and maximizing the benefits of the essential oil. Increase or decrease based on preference/sensitivity.
Topical
Apply to pressure points on the body, such as the temples, bottoms of the feet, insides of the wrist. Or really anywhere that feels good to you!

I mixed it with organic coconut oil, then applied the oil to my feet, shin area and shoulder. That night I slept pain free, which I haven’t done in years. I decided to put the oil to the ultimate test by stopping my Cymbalta, pain pills, Alpha lipoic Acid and Tumeric. The pain left and only returned when I missed 2 days of oiling. Went to bed inhaling the great smell of cinnamon, fell asleep quickly, and awoke the next morning with sniffles and cough completely gone! I purchased this oil with much skepticism. Really, how could a mixture of essential oils protect you from viruses and bacteria? First of all, the oil smells amazing! I love the scent of cinnamon and the cinnamon smell is prevalent. I rub a few drops on the bottom of my feet morning and night and then put on socks. I also keep dropper bottles by all of our sinks and I add a couple of drops to my hand lotion after washing my hands. I always get sinus infections this time of year due to the constant swings in weather. I have not had a single one! My husband had some kind of viral thing (not the flu or COVID - both tests were negative) for 10 days. Knocked him down with a fever of 101 for 5+ days. I felt fatigued and may have had a fever overnight for one day. I truly believe that this oil is helping me stay healthy and avoid colds and sinus issues. It's not a magic bullet that will allow you to completely avoid ever being ill again but for me so far, it has definitely lessened the severity and length of time I have felt under the weather (which has only been once since using it). I strongly believe in this oil and will always keep stocked up on it. I have never believed in essential oils until I tried the Frankincense for my bunions and inflamed joints and it worked like magic. This oil has some Frankincense in it as well as other ingredients.
